Virtually unbreakable Grilamid™ TR90 frame.

SPECIFICATIONS:
The frame is made of Grilamid™ TR90 material: very light, shock resistant, safe and elastic (virtually unbreakable).
The nose-pad is made of TPR hypoallergenic material.

LENSES:
Three sets of lenses: photo chromic, red revo or blue iridium (depending on the model) and orange hydro phobic and oil phobic.
These last lenses are manufactured in France from Makrolon®
Makrolon® from Bayer Material Science is one of the best molding lens compounds available.
Makrolon® is known for its high light transmission (totally clear and transparent), high heating resistance, great toughness and very good dimensional stability.

Orion Surface Treatment technology (O.S.T.) for complete hydro phobic and oil phobic surfaces.
Rain, mud, sweat and various oils do not stick to these lenses but flow away easily.

The photo chromic lenses are made in the U.S.A.in a ISO 9001 environment).
They are are 100% clear (87% of light transmission) but in presence of sun they become grey colored (20% of light transmission) the hue depends on the intensity of the light.
It takes them only 8 seconds to go from clear to grey and 60 seconds to go from grey again back to clear (they are among the most efficient lenses available on the market).
