To change lens:  The frame is next to unbreakable, just pull at the edges of the lens and hold the frame tightly, they will pop out on the corners.  

SPECIFICATIONS:
* The MIG has a prescription lens holder mounted behind standard sunglasses.
* The technical glass has a prescription lens feature, which can be fitted by your optometrist.  
* Flip-up front lens holder when entering dark rooms.
* Comes with three Flip-up lenses: clear, blue tint, and smoke.                      
* Prescription lenses can be taken off if/when wearing contact lenses.
