The Air Case is designed for checking a single folding bike on a commercial airline as luggage.
Simply roll the airliner up for check-in and remove the casters.
Each case accommodates the entire folded bike with extra space for riding gear.

This case has been designed to securely protect anything that will fit into it.
Three full size pieces of convoluted foam are included to sandwich in between the layers of frame and wheels.
Like the other Pedal Pack valence cases, this travel case has four latches (two of which are lockable), four removable casters, and two pairs of suitcase handles for complete ease of moving.

The molded exterior of all Pedal Pack travel cases are designed with the primary function of protecting the contents from impact and compression.
High density polyethylene or blended ABS plastic is custom molded into the finished thermoformed shapes.
