Patented Aluminum Folding Frame
Fabricated from aircraft grade aluminum, the G Plus Mariner’s frame is designed for strength, portability, comfort, quality and longevity while maintaining a unique style.
An overlapping Heavy Duty adjustable folding mechanism with an integrated safety latch assures the easy 15 second fold while offering the strength of a rigid frame.

Ships Fully Assembled
The Mariner’s 3 way fold allows the bicycle to be shipped fully assembled.
There are no requirements to install any components when receiving the bicycle.
Even the pedals are installed and the Mariner is fully adjusted and tested before shipping.
You will be up and riding in a few minutes.

USA Built
All Prodeco electric bicycles are designed, assembled and quality controlled in the USA.
Bicycles are produced on a daily basis in our Florida facility with no inventory being built older than 1 week prior to shipping.
This allows for all components including batteries to remain 100% fresh and the latest stock.
Overseas quality control is not consistent and the reason behind Prodeco’s reasoning for building the Mariner in the USA.

Rust and Corrosion Resistant
The outdoor environment is a bike’s worst enemy.
The Mariner utilizes aluminum alloys, stainless steels and cromoly for 95% of all components and hardware.
They understand the importance of year after year use, and an owner’s need for their bike to remain rust and corrosion free with continued performance and good looks.
Small attention to details such as an alloy cap headset, alloy chain guard and stainless steel spokes have been implemented throughout the bicycle.

LiFePO4 Li-ion Battery Systems
Manganese and Cobalt have been the main choice in Lithium cathode material used for the lithium electric bicycle market over the past three years.
The high cost but low life expectancy (700 cycles) of these batteries fails to offer the longevity required by most ebike riders.
LiFePO4, the latest lithium technology increases the cycle life to 2000 plus.
The LiFePO4 system is highly more stable, can charge at higher amps and does not deteriorate with heat unlike the majority of the current ebike lithium batteries.

Cartridge Bearing Headsets
The Mariner uses an upper and lower cartridge bearing headset with a sealed aluminum alloy cap for high strength, years of issue free performance, and zero rust.

12G Stainless Steel Spokes
Stainless Steel 12G spokes are thicker and up to 100% stronger than the typical 14G spokes found on most traditional bicycles.
The added strength will offer years of issue-free performance while sacrificing minimally in weight savings.
Stainless steel is used for its natural resistance to rust and high strength.

Double Wall Rim
Rim strength is important with any bicycle; but, with electric bicycles it is of utmost importance.
Electric bicycles consistently travel at higher speeds than traditional bikes.
With the added strength of 12G spokes and a motorized HUB, rims have to be above standard strength.

Quick Release Rear Axle
The Quick Release “QR” axle offers a “tool free” 30 second rear wheel removal for flats, service or as a theft deterrent.
With the quick removal of the rear axle, the bike will no longer be able to be ridden and tire or tube changes are a breeze.
