This jersey is all about arrested development--we ride to the exclusion of all the other things in our lives.
You know the drill.
But it's also a play on words for those people who have ever ridden in Critical Mass, or have watched Critical Massers around the country getting arrested for partaking in the monthly bike ride in their city.
On the arms it says, "Ojos a tus llantas," which means "Watch your wheels," a reference to the fact that often cyclists will chain their bikes to avoid arrest, only to find that the police have sawed off their locks and confiscated their bikes.
