Description   This product CANNOT be shipped outside of the continental USA Secure your Kool Rack system to your truck For use with the Kool Rack bike rack only. The Kool Rack Lock Kit consists of a round barrel-type lock that replaces the red rubber release button for the hydraulic width adjuster.   It uses a cylindrical key similar to that of a U-lock.   When in the locked position the Kool rack can only extend.   When in the unlocked position, the rack can both extend and be retracted.
