Trim is the defining word for the Campagnolo Super Record 11 Front Derailleur.
With the new shifting system for 2015, the front derailleur gets an extra click of trim while in the small ring.
This means that you can actually use all 22 of the gear combinations in your drivetrain.
It's also trim around the waist, coming in at a paltry 71 grams.
For 2015, the derailleur gets a longer cage for greater leverage, so less force is required to effect an upshift.
The cage is also narrower, so you can exert more precise control over shifts.
The inner cage provides enough stiffness for quick shifts to the big ring, and the carbon outer cage sheds grams without sacrificing any snap in downshifts.
It also includes an optional cable deviator insert.
With some internally routed frames, the front shifting cable comes out so close to the derailleur that it can rub against it.
The deviator insert prevents this.
The Campagnolo Super Record 11 Front Derailleur is only compatible with 2015 Campagnolo Super Record, Record, and Chorus drivetrains.
Compatibility can be determined by matching the letter on the bike side of the inner cage with the corresponding markings on your other drivetrain components.
Besides distinguishing themselves for their unparalleled quality and performance, Campagnolo products have also become the benchmark of design. This is testified by the prestigious Compasso d'Oro award granted by the Associazione Design Italiano in recognition of Ergopower integrated controls and Shamal high-profile wheels.
CampagnoloIn was named by the Wall Street Journal as one of the most prominent sports brands in the world. A reputation earned not only as a result of the countless successes achieved in racing competitions, but also by virtue of the attention given to quality and to service that sets this company apart from all others.
